On-site Training

Accelerated Life Test design

Design of ALT and HALT tests, including acceleration factor calculations, test setup design and sample size optimization. Includes multiple stress tests, thermal cycling designs and Design of Experiments methods

MTBF Allocation

Allocating MTBF values to subsystems and parts of any physical product. against reliability targets. Includes maintainability and availability simulations, redundancy, standby components, duty cycle and spare parts studies

FRACAS implementation

Setup of FRACAS system i.e. service or maintenance data gathering system – allowing to extract easily any business intelligence topic that comes to mind, including product reliability, usage environment impact, failure mode analysis, maintainability scores, supplier analysis etc.
